Common use of Payouts Clause in Contracts

Payouts. Schedule 4.20 contains a complete and accurate list of the status of any “payout” balance, as of the date set forth on Schedule 4.20, for any ▇▇▇▇▇ operated by Seller or its Affiliates (and in all other cases, to Seller’s knowledge) that are subject to a reversion or other adjustment at some level of cost recovery or payout (or passage of time or other event other than termination of a Lease by its terms).
