Payroll Deduction for Dues. 1.2.1 The Union will provide dues and Union assessment deductions and termination forms. Termination forms will be made available at the Union Office and through the Paymaster in the Accounting Office. The ASSOCIATION agrees to reimburse any teacher from whose pay dues and assessments were deducted, those sums in excess of the total amount due to the ASSOCIATION at that time, provided the ASSOCIATION or its affiliate actually received the excessive amount.
