PAYROLL DEDUCTION OF DUES. The Employer agrees to deduct Union dues, in an amount to be calculated and certified to be current by the Secretary-Treasurer of the Union, from the pay of those employees who individually authorize in writing that such deductions be made. This authorization shall remain in full force and effect until termination of the employee, unless a written report by the employee for cancellation is filed with the Human Resources Department thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of the contract. The total amount of deductions shall be remitted monthly by the Employer to the Treasurer of the Union.
