Payroll deductions and Payments to the Union. 1. The City shall not be required to modify the amounts deducted from employee paychecks for union dues or service fees more than once each calendar year. The Union shall provide the City with at least ninety (90) days’ notice of any change in the dues or service fee amount. 2. The City shall promptly pay over to the Union all sums deducted from employee paychecks for union dues or service fees except for such funds retained by the City pending the resolution of challenges to the service fee. The City shall periodically provide the Union a list of all city employees subject to this Agency Shop requirement who are making charitable contributions pursuant to Paragraph D above.
