The Contractor shall comply and shall cause its Subcontractors to comply with M.G.L. c. 149, § 27B, which requires that a true and accurate record be kept of all persons employed on the Project for which the prevailing wage rates have been provided. The Contractor and all Subcontractors shall keep these records and preserve them for a period of three years from the date of completion of the Contract. Such records shall be open to inspection by any authorized representative of the Owner at any reasonable time, and as often as may be necessary. The Contractor shall, and shall cause its Subcontractors to, submit weekly certified copies of their weekly payroll records to the Awarding Authority at no additional expense to the Awarding Authority.
