PCP Selection. The Contractor shall: a. Allow each Enrollee to choose his or her PCP and other health care professionals to the extent possible and appropriate; b. Make its best efforts to assist and encourage each Enrollee to select a PCP. Such best efforts shall include, but not be limited to, providing interpreter services where necessary to assist the Enrollee in choosing a PCP, making efforts to contact those Enrollees who have not contacted the Contractor and, in the case of children in the care or custody of DCF or youth affiliated with DYS (either detained or committed), making efforts to contact the child’s state caseworker through the EOHHS-appointed DCF or DYS liaison (see Section 2.6.F.3); and c. Assist Enrollees in selecting a PCP, within 15 days after their Effective Date of Enrollment, by eliciting information on prior PCP affiliations that the Enrollee may have had and providing the Enrollee with relevant information on PCPs in close proximity to the Enrollee, including providing information regarding the experience of the PCP in treating special populations, for example, homeless persons, individuals with disabilities, and children in the care or custody of DCF or youth affiliated with DYS (either detained or committed).
PCP Selection. The Plan generally requires the designation of a Primary Care Provider (PCP). The Member has the right to designate any PCP who participates in the network and who is available to accept the Member or their Family Members. Until the Member makes this designation, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana (BCBSMT) designates one for the Member. For Dependent children, the Member may designate any In-Network provider who specializes in pediatric care as their Primary Care Provider (PCP).
PCP Selection. The Contractor shall provide the enrollee with the opportunity to select a PCP. If no selection is made by the enrollee, the Contractor shall assign the PCP for the enrollee according to the timeframes specified in Article 5.9. If the enrollee selects a PCP, the Contractor shall process the selection. The Contractor is responsible for monitoring the PCP capacity and limitations prior to assignment of an enrollee to a PCP. The Contractor shall notify the enrollee accordingly if a selected PCP is not available. The Contractor shall notify the PCP of newly assigned enrollees or any other enrollee roster changes that affect the PCP monthly by the second working day of the month.
PCP Selection. Upon enrollment, the Contractor must assist the Enrollee to choose a PCP and to assist in the selection of a new PCP whenever necessary. If the Enrollee has not selected a PCP by the effective date of enrollment, the Contractor must assign a PCP.
PCP Selection. The contractor shall provide enrollees with information to facilitate the choice of an appropriate PCP. This information shall include, where known, the name of the enrollee's provider of record, and a listing of all participating providers in the contractor's network. (See Article

  • Panel Selection 1. The Parties shall apply the following procedures in selecting a Panel: (a) the Panel shall comprise 3 members; (b) within 15 days following the date of the establishment of the Panel, each Party shall nominate a Panelist; (c) the Parties shall endeavor 2. If a Panelist appointed under this Article resigns or becomes unable to act, a successor Panelist shall be appointed within 30 days in accordance with the selection procedure as prescribed for the appointment of the original Panelist and the successor shall have all the powers and duties of the original Panelist. The work of the Panel shall be suspended during the appointment of the successor Panelist.

  • Single Source Selection Services for tasks in circumstances which meet the requirements of paragraph 3.10 of the Consultant Guidelines for Single Source Selection, may, with the Association's prior agreement, be procured in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.9 through 3.13 of the Consultant Guidelines.

  • Vacation Selection Employees who have not selected their vacation periods by November 15th shall not be entitled later to select vacation periods by seniority. Employees who do not select all of their vacation entitlements on the calendar shall be allowed to schedule vacation at a later date, provided that this selection does not affect the scheduled vacations of other employees.
