Common use of Peaceable Enjoyment Clause in Contracts

Peaceable Enjoyment. Lessor covenants that if and so long as Lessee shall faithfully perform the covenants and agreements of this Lease, Lessee shall and may (subject to the exceptions, reservations, terms and conditions of this Lease) peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises for the Term free of any interference by Lessor or anyone claiming through or by Lessor except those to which this Lease is expressly made subject and subordinate.
