Common use of Pedestrian Wayfinding Clause in Contracts

Pedestrian Wayfinding. The Developer shall provide and maintain a pedestrian wayfinding program directing employees, visitors, and residents to/from the project site and public bus transit, rail transit lines, and bicycle facilities.

Pedestrian Wayfinding. The Developer Developers shall provide and maintain a pedestrian wayfinding program subject to the reasonable approval of the Planning Director directing employees, visitors, and residents to/from the project site and public bus transit, transit and rail transit lines, and bicycle facilitiesas well as the future light rail station to be located directly across from the Project site.
