Peer Assistance and Review Par. A. The Article and provisions contained herein constitute a bilateral and binding agreement (“Agreement) by and between the Governing Board of the Central Union Elementary School District (“Board”) and the CUETA (“the exclusive representative”), an employee organization affiliated with the CTA and NEA. B. This Agreement is entered into pursuant to “there shall be a Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Program, hereafter referred to as “Program”, for all teachers. The PAR Program shall provide assistance in the areas of subject matter, teaching methodology, and teaching strategies. C. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effective July 1, 2024 until June 30, 2027.
