Pegasus Ownership. PEGASUS shall own all right, title and interest, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights, in and to all versions of the Travel Inventory Datafeed, exclusive of the ORBITZ Marks, and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to transfer any such right, title or interest to ORBITZ.
