Common use of Pending Action Clause in Contracts

Pending Action. Upon withdrawal from the Match and/or SOAP due to an alleged violation, the applicant’s status in the R3 system will note “Pending Action,” which will remain in effect until the applicant has waived or exhausted all avenues of appeal as outlined in the NRMP Violations Policy.
