Common use of Pending Orders Clause in Contracts

Pending Orders. To the extent that AllSouth Phone submits an LSR with incomplete, incorrect or conflicting information, BellSouth will return the LSR to AllSouth Phone for clarification. AllSouth Phone shall respond to the request for clarification within thirty (30) days by submitting a supplemental LSR. If AllSouth Phone does not submit a supplement LSR within thirty (30) days, BellSouth will cancel the original LSR and AllSouth Phone shall be required to submit a new LSR, with a new PON.
