There are no pending or, to Sellers’ Knowledge, threatened infringement, misappropriation, or similar claims or Actions against any Seller or to Sellers’ Knowledge against any other Person who would be entitled to indemnification by a Seller for such claim or Action. No Seller has ever received any written notice of any actual, alleged, possible, potential, or suspected infringement or misappropriation of any other Person’s Intellectual Property by a Seller or by any product or service developed, manufactured, distributed, provided, or sold by or on behalf of a Seller.
