Pending, Threatened, or Possible IP Infringement Claims. There are no pending or to Raptor’s Knowledge threatened infringement, misappropriation, or similar claims or Legal Proceedings against any Raptor Corporation or against any other Person who would be entitled to indemnification by any Raptor Corporation for such claim or Legal Proceeding. No Raptor Corporation has ever received any notice or other communication (in writing or otherwise) of any actual, alleged, possible, potential, or suspected infringement or misappropriation of any other Person’s Intellectual Property Rights by any Raptor Corporation or by any product or service developed, manufactured, distributed, provided, or sold by or on behalf of any Raptor Corporation.
