Common use of Penetration Tests Clause in Contracts

Penetration Tests. Pursuant to the DSTISS, DST will conduct external penetration tests at least annually on the systems, applications, networks and sites used by DST in the performance of providing the Services. These scans will be performed by an independent third party. Upon written request, DST will promptly provide Customer with the results of such external penetration tests. Communication or notices should be sent in accordance with Section 10.7 of this Agreement.
