Common use of Pension Scheme Recharges Clause in Contracts

Pension Scheme Recharges. The Administering Authority will calculate and invoice a Scheme Employer, on an annual basis and by the end of April each year, for any pension scheme recharges owing to the Pension Fund where the Scheme Employer has liabilities relating to certain retired scheme members for whom the Pension Fund arrange to make payment through the pension payroll on behalf of the Scheme Employer.
