PENSIONS AND PENSION SCHEME. 14.1 If Your employment is full time or part time and You are between the ages of 16 and 75 and Your employment is for a period of 3 months or more, You shall be automatically enrolled as a member of the Local Government Pension Scheme (“LGPS”) or other appropriate pension scheme as notified to You. 14.2 You may, at any time in the course of Your employment, opt out of the LGPS or other appropriate pension scheme and make alternative arrangements.
