Per-User License Clause Samples

A Per-User License clause defines the terms under which software or services are licensed to individual users rather than to an organization as a whole. This means that each person who accesses or uses the product must have their own valid license, and the number of users is typically tracked and limited according to the agreement. By specifying licensing on a per-user basis, this clause ensures that usage is controlled and that the licensor receives appropriate compensation for each user, preventing unauthorized sharing and clarifying the scope of permitted use.
