Percentage in Lieu of Benefits. 224.1 Permanent employees who regularly work less than seventeen and a half (17.5) hours per week shall be entitled to sixteen percent (16%) of regular earnings in lieu of all benefits (i.e. as listed for temporary and casual employees.) 224.2 Temporary and casual employees shall be entitled to sixteen percent (16%) of regular earnings, which premium payment shall be considered to be in lieu of all the following benefits:
