Percentage in Lieu of Benefits. A part-time employee, having achieved probation, shall receive in lieu of all fringe benefits (being those benefits to an Employee, paid in whole or part by the Employer, as part of direct compensation or otherwise save and except salary, vacation pay, statutory holiday pay, reporting pay, jury and witness duty, bereavement pay) an amount equal to 6% of their straight time hourly rate for all straight time hours paid.
