Perfect Attendance Incentive. Bargaining unit members shall be paid for perfect attendance incentive based on non-use of sick leave, deduct and personal leave days within a contracted year. A payment of $300 for perfect attendance will be paid by the second pay in September after the school year in which sick, personal leave and dock days could have been used.
