Common use of Perfection and Protection of Security Interests and Liens Clause in Contracts

Perfection and Protection of Security Interests and Liens. Borrower will from time to time deliver to Lender any amendments, financing statements, continuation statements, extension agreements and other documents, properly completed and executed (and acknowledged when required) by Borrower in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lender, which Lender may request for the purpose of perfecting, confirming or protecting Lender’s Liens and other rights in the Collateral.
