Perfection and Protection of Security Interests and Liens. Each Restricted Person from time to time shall deliver, to Administrative Agent any financing statements, continuation statements, extension agreements, amendments to Security Documents, and other documents, properly completed and executed (and acknowledged when required) by such Restricted Person in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent, which Administrative Agent requests for the purpose of (i) perfecting, confirming, or protecting any Liens or other rights in Collateral securing any Secured Obligations and (ii) maintaining compliance with all applicable Laws, including those of any applicable Indian tribe, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, and the U.S. Bureau of Land Management. Each Restricted Person hereby authorizes Administrative Agent to file one or more financing or continuation statements, and amendments thereto, relative to all or any part of the collateral describing the Collateral as “all assets” without the signature of any Restricted Person.
