Common use of Perfection of Deposit Accounts Clause in Contracts

Perfection of Deposit Accounts. Without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent, permit any Person (other than the Revolving Administrative Agent) to obtain any deposit account control agreement (or otherwise perfect any Lien) in respect of any deposit account of the Company or any other Loan Party, other than a deposit account control agreement entered into with the agent, trustee or other secured party in respect of any Indebtedness that is permitted under this Agreement to be secured by a Lien on all or any portion of the Collateral constituting deposit accounts, in each case to the extent that, at all times prior to a Removal Event, the Revolving Administrative Agent is also a party thereto.
