Common use of Performance and Payment Clause in Contracts

Performance and Payment. 4.1 (Performance) The Supplier must throughout the Term provide the Services and perform the Supplier’s other obligations under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract and all directions of the Principal issued pursuant to it. 4.2 (Payment) Subject to the Contract, the Principal must pay the Supplier the Price for Services provided in accordance with the Contract.
