Common use of Performance and Payment Clause in Contracts

Performance and Payment. 8.15.1 The DB shall proceed with the Work during any dispute resolution process, unless otherwise agreed by the DB and Contracting Authority in writing. 8.15.2 The Contracting Authority shall continue to make payment of any undisputed amounts in accordance with the Contract Documents pending final resolution of a Claim, unless otherwise agreed by the DB and Contracting Authority in writing.
