Performance and Payment. 6.1 The Contractor must perform and complete the Works (including all design) by the Date for Completion and in accordance with: (a) this Contract; (b) Good Industry Practice; and (c) all Legal Requirements. 6.2 The Contractor must ensure that the Works when Completed will be fit for the Intended Purpose.
