Performance Assessment. 15:01 Where a formal assessment of an employee’s performance is made, the employee concerned shall be given an opportunity to sign the assessment form upon its completion to indicate that its contents have been read. 15:02 An employee’s performance shall be assessed against the duties of his/her official position description.
