Common use of PERFORMANCE BASED INCENTIVE BONUS Clause in Contracts

PERFORMANCE BASED INCENTIVE BONUS. Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual performance based cash target incentive award pursuant to and in accordance with the Company’s performance based incentive compensation plan (the “Incentive Plan”) in an amount equal to 50 percent of the Base Salary (the “Target Incentive Award”). Executive shall earn and be paid the Target Incentive Award (whether in whole or in part) in accordance with the Incentive Plan and the portion of the Target Incentive Award earned by and paid or to be paid to Executive shall be referred to herein as the “Bonus.” A copy of the Performance Goals as so established under the Incentive Plan shall be provided to Executive. The Bonus shall be payable as provided in the Incentive Plan.
