Common use of Performance Bond Clause in Contracts

Performance Bond. If required by law or otherwise specifically requested by City in Exhibit “C” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Contractor shall execute and provide to City concurrently with this Agreement a Performance Bond in the amount of the total, not-to-exceed compensation indicated in this Agreement, and in a form provided or approved by the City. If such bond is required, no payment will be made to Contractor until it has been received and approved by the City.

Performance Bond. If required by law or otherwise specifically requested by City in Exhibit “C” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Contractor shall execute and provide to City concurrently with this Agreement a Performance Bond in the amount of the total, not-to-exceed compensation Total Compensation indicated in this Agreement, and in a form provided or approved by the City. If such bond is required, no payment will be made to Contractor until it has been received and approved by the City.

Performance Bond. If required by law or otherwise specifically requested by City in Exhibit “C” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Contractor shall execute and provide to City concurrently with this Agreement a Performance Bond in the amount of the total, not-to-exceed compensation indicated in this Agreement, and in a form provided or approved by the City. If such bond is required, no payment will be made to Contractor until it has been received and approved by the City.

If such bond is required, no payment will be made to Contractor until it the bond has been received and approved by the City.

If required by law or otherwise specifically requested by City in Exhibit “CE” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Contractor shall execute and provide to City concurrently with this Agreement a Performance Bond in the amount of the total, not-to-exceed compensation indicated in this Agreement, and in a form provided or approved by the City. If such bond is required, no payment will be made to Contractor until it has been received and approved by the City.

If required by law or otherwise specifically requested by City in Exhibit “CD” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Contractor shall execute and provide to City concurrently with this Agreement a Performance Bond in the amount of the total, not-to-exceed compensation indicated in this Agreement, and in a form provided or approved by the City. If such bond is required, no payment will be made to Contractor until it has been received and approved by the City.

If required by law or otherwise specifically requested by City in Exhibit “C” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Contractor shall execute and provide to City, when the City concurrently with this Agreement approves an individual call-out and issues a project work order for that project, a Performance Bond in the amount of the total, not-to-exceed compensation indicated in this Agreement, project work order and in a form provided or approved by the City. If such bond is required, no payment will be made to Contractor until it has been received and approved by the City.

If required by law or otherwise specifically requested by the City in Exhibit “C” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Contractor shall execute and provide to the City concurrently with this Agreement a Performance Bond in the amount of the total, not-to-exceed compensation indicated in this Agreement, and in a form provided or approved by the City. If such bond is required, no payment will be made to Contractor until it has been received and approved by the City.

If required by law or otherwise specifically requested by City in Exhibit “C” and Exhibit “F” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Contractor shall execute and provide to City concurrently with this Agreement Contract a Performance Bond in an amount required by the amount of the total, not-to-exceed compensation indicated in this Agreement, City and in a form provided or approved by the City. If such bond is required, no payment will be made to Contractor until it the bond has been received and approved by the City.

If required by law or otherwise specifically requested by City in Exhibit “CB” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Contractor shall execute and provide to City concurrently with this Agreement Contract a Performance Bond Bond, in the amount of the total, not-to-exceed compensation indicated in this Agreement, Total Contract Price and in a form provided or approved by the City. If such bond is required, no payment will be made to Contractor until it the bond has been received and approved by the City.

If required by law or otherwise specifically requested by City Town in Exhibit “C” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Contractor shall execute and provide to City Town concurrently with this Agreement Contract a Performance Bond in an amount required by the amount of the total, not-to-exceed compensation indicated in this Agreement, Town and in a form provided or approved by the CityTown. If such bond is required, no payment will be made to Contractor until it the bond has been received and approved by the CityTown.

If required by law or otherwise specifically requested by City in Exhibit “C” the Bidding Documents, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Contractor shall execute and provide to City concurrently with this Agreement a Performance Bond in the amount of the total, not-to-exceed compensation indicated in this Agreement, and in a form provided or approved by the City. If such bond is required, no payment will be made to Contractor until it has been received and approved by the City.

If such bond is required, no payment will be made to Contractor until it has been received and approved by the City.

If such bond is required, no payment will be made to Contractor until it has been received and approved by the City.

If such bond is required, no payment will be made to Contractor until it the bond has been received and approved by the City.

If such bond is required, no No payment will be made to Contractor until it has been received and approved by the City.

If such bond is required, no payment will be made to Contractor until it has been received and approved by the City.
