Common use of Performance by Debtor Clause in Contracts

Performance by Debtor. Debtor shall perform all the covenants and agreements set forth in this Security Agreement, including, but not limited to, prompt payment when due the principal of and interest on the indebtedness evidenced by the Note, late charges as provided in the Note, reasonable service charges imposed by Secured Party for servicing the loan account and the principal of and interest on any future advances secured by this Security Agreement.
