Common use of Performance by Fidelity, Its Agents, and Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Performance by Fidelity, Its Agents, and Affiliates. Fund Agent acknowledges and authorizes that the services to be provided under this Agreement shall be provided by NFS, FBS or FIIOC, their agents or affiliates, including but not limited to FMTC, or the successor to any of them, and that certain of such services may be provided pursuant to one or more separate contractual agreements or relationships.
