Performance by the Acquiror Company. 10.2.1 All of the covenants and obligations that the Acquiror Company are required to perform or to comply with pursuant to this Agreement (considered collectively), and each of these covenants and obligations (considered individually), must have been performed and complied with in all respects. 10.2.2 Each document required to be delivered by the Acquiror Company pursuant to this Agreement must have been delivered.
