Common use of Performance by the Borrower Clause in Contracts

Performance by the Borrower. Subject to Section 2.8, so long as any Note remains outstanding and unpaid or any other amount is owing to any Lender hereunder, the Borrower will promptly pay all amounts payable by it under this Loan Agreement and the Notes in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof and shall duly perform each of its obligations under this Loan Agreement and the Notes.
