Performance by the Parties. Each Party will perform Development Activities in in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Applicable Laws, including GCP and GMP to the extent applicable. If there is any conflict between performance in accordance with Applicable Laws and this Agreement, performance in accordance with Applicable Laws will prevail.
