Common use of Performance by the Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Performance by the Purchaser. The Parent agrees to cause the Purchaser to comply with its obligations hereunder and to cause the Purchaser to consummate the Transactions as contemplated herein.

Performance by the Purchaser. The Parent hereby agrees to cause the Purchaser to comply with its obligations hereunder and under the Offer and to cause the Purchaser to consummate the Transactions Merger as contemplated hereinherein and whenever this Agreement requires the Purchaser to take any action, such requirement shall be deemed to include an undertaking of Parent to cause the Purchaser to take such action.
