PERFORMANCE CONFIDENCE EVALUATION (to be completed by Respondent. The Performance Confidence evaluation assesses the contractor's performance under previously awarded contracts for the same or similar requirements. The Performance Confidence evaluation is an assessment of the City’s level of confidence in the Offeror’s ability to perform the solicitation requirements as described in the Statement of Work. Use the following adjectival ratings to respond to the questions below.   • Information to be Furnished If Tenant desires at any time to Sublet the Premises or any portion thereof, it shall first notify Landlord of its desire to do so and shall submit in writing to Landlord: (i) the name of the proposed Subtenant; (ii) the nature of the proposed Subtenant's business to be carried on in the Premises; (iii) the terms and provisions of the proposed Sublet and a copy of the proposed Sublet form containing a description of the subject premises; and (iv) such financial information, including financial statements, as Landlord may reasonably request concerning the proposed Subtenant.

  • Responsibility for Information Recipients The Asset Representations Reviewer will be responsible for a breach of this Section 4.9 by its Information Recipients.

  • INFORMATION TO BE FURNISHED BY THE TRUST The Trust has furnished to Ultimus the following: (a) Copies of the Agreement and Declaration of Trust (the “Declaration of Trust”) and of any amendments thereto, certified by the proper official of the state in which such document has been filed. (b) Copies of the following documents: (1) The Trust’s Bylaws and any amendments thereto; and (2) Certified copies of resolutions of the Trustees covering the approval of this Agreement, authorization of a specified officer of the Trust to execute and deliver this Agreement and authorization for specified officers of the Trust to instruct Ultimus thereunder. (c) A list of all the officers of the Trust, together with specimen signatures of those officers who are authorized to instruct Ultimus in all matters. (d) Copies of the Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information for each Fund.

  • Information Furnished by BISYS BISYS has furnished to the Trust the following: (a) BISYS' Articles of Incorporation. (b) BISYS' Bylaws and any amendments thereto. (c) Certified copies of actions of BISYS covering the following matters: 1. Approval of this Agreement, and authorization of a specified officer of BISYS to execute and deliver this Agreement; 2. Authorization of BISYS to act as Transfer Agent for the Trust. (d) A copy of the most recent independent accountants' report relating to internal accounting control systems as filed with the Commission pursuant to Rule 17Ad-13 under the Exchange Act.

  • Customer to Provide Certain Information to Bank Upon request, Customer shall promptly provide to Bank such information about itself and its financial status as Bank may reasonably request, including Customer's organizational documents and its current audited and unaudited financial statements.
