Performance Excused. 11.5.1 The Affected Party, to the extent rendered unable to perform its obligations or part of the obligation thereof under the PPA as a consequence of the Force Majeure Event, shall be excused from performance of the obligations, provided that the period shall not exceed 180 (one hundred and eighty) Days from the date of issuance of the FM Notice.
