Common use of Performance Framework Clause in Contracts

Performance Framework. The Commission shall assess the School’s academic, operational and financial performance based on performance indicators and performance targets set forth in the Performance Framework. The Performance Framework includes indicators and targets as required by law or as negotiated by the Parties. The evaluation of the School’s performance based on the Performance Framework shall be conducted using the criteria set forth in the Performance Framework, which shall not be modified without an amendment to this Charter Contract.
