Performance Incentive Mechanism. In order to mobilize the work potentials and initiatives of the Management Team, facilitate the successful realization of the corporate operation goals, the Partnership may formulate an incentive mechanism for excess profits with respect to the Management Team of the General Partners. This incentive mechanism shall come into force subject to the joint execution of the General Partners and the Limited Partners.
