Performance management of staff. Annual performance appraisals of AGLG employees will be conducted, using the City of Armadale’s process, by the City of Armadale Manager Environmental Services and the City of Gosnells Coordinator Environmental Management, reporting to the Employee Management Committee. Other members of the Employee Management Committee will be notified of the performance review meeting with the option of one attending the review.
