Common use of Performance Measurement System Clause in Contracts

Performance Measurement System. (a) The Contractor must design and construct the Performance Measurement System in accordance with the Management Specifications and the Management Plan. (b) The Contractor must ensure that the Performance Measurement System performs and is maintained in accordance with the Management Specifications and the Management Plan throughout the period from the Commencement Date to the Expiry Date.
