Performance Observations. All monitoring or observation of the professional performance of employees shall be conducted openly. Any recorded material showing an employee’s performance must be shown to the employee and signed permission from that employee must be obtained before it can be shown to persons other than as directed by K.S.A. 72-9005.
Performance Observations. A. Association members will not be required to evaluate substitute teachers. However, they may be asked to provide input to the building administrator on the substitute teacher’s performance. A substitute will be notified when a complaint has been filed or when they have been removed from eligibility to teach at a building B. Substitutes are encouraged to work with principals to arrange for an observation and feedback conference session. Substitutes who teach twenty (20) consecutive days for the same regularly contracted employee must be observed and provided feedback by the building principal or designee at that location using the Substitute Teacher Observation Report form. The criterion shall be as listed in the substitute handbook. Substitutes who teach for twenty (20) days in more than one (1) assignment, may request a building principal or designee to observe and provide feedback.

  • Board Observation Rights From and after the Restatement Date, Holdings shall permit one authorized representative designated by the Requisite Lenders and notified in writing to Holdings (each, a “PLBY Board Observer”) to attend and participate (in the capacity of a non-voting observer) in all meetings of Holdings’ Board of Directors (the “PLBY Board”), whether in person, by telephone, or otherwise. Holdings shall provide such PLBY Board Observers the same notice of all such meetings and copies of all such meeting materials distributed to members of the PLBY Board concurrently with provision of such notice and materials to the PLBY Board; provided, however, that each such PLBY Board Observer (i) prior to attendance and participation at meetings of the PLBY Board, shall be subject to customary background checks, execution of a customary non-disclosure agreement, and execution of any other documentation reasonably required by the Borrower, (ii) shall hold all information and materials disclosed or delivered to such PLBY Board Observer in confidence in accordance with but subject to the provisions of Section 10.17 and (iii) may be excluded from access to any material (or such materials may be redacted) or meeting or portion thereof (A) if the PLBY Board determines in good faith, with advice from legal counsel, that such exclusion is reasonably necessary to preserve the attorney-client privilege or if such PLBY Board Observer’s access or attendance could materially and adversely affect the PLBY Board’s fiduciary duties, (B) if such material relates to, or such meeting or portion thereof involves discussions regarding, the refinancing or restructuring of, or interpretation of any legal matter regarding, the Loans or the Credit Documents, or (C) during any executive session of the PLBY Board. The Credit Parties shall reimburse the PLBY Board Observer for all reasonable and documented out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred in connection with its participation in any meeting of the PLBY Board. If it is proposed that any action be taken by written consent in lieu of a meeting of the PLBY Board, Holdings shall provide such PLBY Board Observers a copy of the written consent at the time such written consent is distributed to members of the PLBY Board. The PLBY Board Observers shall be free to contact the members of the PLBY Board and discuss the proposed written consent.

  • Observation Rights The Issuer covenants and agrees, if requested in writing by the Collateral Manager and to the extent practicable under the circumstances, to notify the Collateral Manager of each meeting of the Board of Directors of the Issuer following the receipt of such request by the Issuer and to use commercially reasonable efforts to provide any materials distributed to the Board of Directors in connection with any such meeting and to afford a representative of the Collateral Manager the opportunity to be present at each such meeting, in person or by telephone at the option of the Collateral Manager.

  • Formal Observations At least two (2) formal observations per year are required for ancillary staff members in Track I, at least sixty (60) days apart. In the case of a first-year or second-year Track I ancillary staff employee, at least one (1) observation shall be made prior to the ancillary staff employee’s mid- year progress report. Annual evaluations shall include in-room observations of all aspects of the ancillary staff employee’s instructional practice. Observations shall be conducted by the ancillary staff employee’s supervisor. An observation shall be at least one (1) complete lesson, based on the lesson plans provided by the ancillary staff employee. Observations shall be scheduled at least five (5) work days in advance for a three-day window in which the observation would take place. If an observation needs to be rescheduled, the ancillary staff employee shall be notified of the date of the rescheduled observation no later than one (1) day prior to the end of the week in which the observation should have taken place, so as to accommodate lesson planning. A pre-observation conference shall be held to review the ancillary staff employee’s IDP and those areas which might be observed. All monitoring or observation of the work of the teacher shall be conducted openly and with the knowledge of the ancillary staff employee. The parties agree that during an observation every effort will be made to maintain the normal teaching-learning process. An observation shall include assessment of the ancillary staff employee’s skill and ability in the observed domains of the “Framework for Professional Practice”. A post-observation conference shall be held within five (5) work days of the observation unless the ancillary staff employee agrees in writing to extend the time to conduct the conference, not to exceed thirty (30) days. In the event the meeting does not occur as a result of administrator unavailability within thirty-five (35) days of the observation, negative comments or concerns shall be excluded from the observation. The ancillary staff employee teacher shall bring a completed Post-Observation Reflection Form to this conference, and the administrator shall bring the completed Classroom Observation Form. The ancillary staff employee teacher and the administrator shall each retain copies of both forms. As a result of this post-observation conference, identified areas of concern, together with suggested ways in which the ancillary staff employee is to improve, and identification of assistance to be given, may be addressed in the teacher’s IDP.

  • Observations The Evaluator’s first observation of the Educator should take place by November 15. Observations required by the Educator Plan should be completed by May 15th. The Evaluator may conduct additional observations after this date. The Evaluator is not required nor expected to review all the indicators in a rubric during an observation.

  • Performance Review Where a performance review of an employee’s performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity after the interview to read and review the performance review. Provision shall be made on the performance review form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee’s signature in two (2) places, one (1) indicating that the employee has read and accepts the performance review, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the performance review. The employee shall sign in only one (1) of the places provided. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of a performance review unless the signature indicates disagreement. An employee shall, upon request, receive a copy of this performance review at the time of signing. An employee’s performance review shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. The employee may respond, in writing, to the performance review. Such response will be attached to the performance review.
