Performance of Activities. Data User may use and share findings resulting from analysis of the Limited Data Set received from Covered Entity only in connection with the performance of the evaluation/research activities (“Activities”) described below NCOA requires a high-level overview of the goals, objectives, research designs/approach, measures, and any plans to merge or link NCOA data sources to other data sources (e.g. national health data sources) written in laymen’s terms in the section below.
