Common use of Performance of Contract Clause in Contracts

Performance of Contract. The Company shall supply all labor, material and equipment necessary to carry out this Agreement except as otherwise expressly provided elsewhere in this Agreement. The Company agrees to pay all persons doing work or furnishing skill, tools, machinery, materials, insurance premiums, equipment, or supplies and all just claims for such work, material, equipment insurance, and supplies in and about the performance of this Agreement.
