Common use of Performance of Covenants and Obligations Clause in Contracts

Performance of Covenants and Obligations. The Merger Sub and EZCORP shall have performed and complied with all of its material covenants and obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to the additional agreements contained in Section 7, which are to be performed or complied with by them prior to or on the Closing Date.
