Performance of Design-Build Improvements Warranty Work. All Design- Build Improvements Warranty Work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Standards. The Design-Builder shall perform or cause to be performed all Design-Build Improvements Warranty Work in a manner which will minimize interference with the ongoing operations of the Design-Build Improvements. The Design-Builder shall provide a written plan for its proposed Design-Build Improvements Warranty Work (unless expressly waived by the Owner).
