Common use of Performance of Duties Clause in Contracts

Performance of Duties. Throughout the Agreement Term, Executive shall faithfully and diligently perform Executive's duties in conformity with the directions of the Company and serve the Company to the best of Executive's ability. Executive shall devote Executive's entire working time, attention and energies to the business and affairs of the Company, subject to vacations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policy.

Performance of Duties. Executive shall agrees to devote Executive's entire working full business time, attention attention, skill and energies effort to the business and affairs performance of the Companyduties and responsibilities the Company may assign from time to time. Executive will also comply with all Company rules, subject to vacations regulations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policypolicies.

Executive shall devote Executive's entire working time, attention and energies to the business and affairs of the Company, subject to vacations five (5) weeks' vacation per year and personal and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policypolicies as they may exist from time to time. Executive shall have the title set forth in Section 2(a) hereof and shall report to the President of the Company.

Performance of Duties. Throughout the Agreement Employment Term, Executive shall faithfully and diligently perform Executive's duties in conformity with the directions of the Company and serve the Company to the best of Executive's ability. The Company understands and agrees that the Executive's duties will not require the Executive's full time attention and that the Executive shall devote Executive's entire working time, attention and energies be free to pursue other activities outside the business and affairs of the Company, subject to vacations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance Company consistent with Company policySection 4(a) herein.

Throughout During the Agreement Term, Executive shall agrees to perform Executive’s duties and obligations well and faithfully and diligently perform to the utmost of Executive's duties in conformity with ’s ability, and Executive agrees to devote full business time, attention, skill, and effort to the directions performance of the Company duties and serve responsibilities the Company may assign from time to the best of Executive's abilitytime. Executive shall devote Executive's entire working timewill also comply with all Company rules, attention regulations and energies to the business and affairs of the Company, subject to vacations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policypolicies.

Executive shall have the title set forth in Section 2(a) hereof and shall report to such person as is determined by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Throughout the Agreement TermTerm of this Agreement, Executive shall faithfully and diligently perform Executive's duties in conformity with the reasonable directions of the Company CEO and in conformity with the terms and conditions hereof and will serve the Company to the best of Executive's ability. Executive shall devote Executive's entire working time, attention and energies to the business and affairs of the Company, subject to vacations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company Company's policy.

Performance of Duties. Throughout the Agreement Term, Executive shall faithfully and diligently perform Executive's duties in conformity and responsibilities during the Company's normal business hours and at all other times reasonably necessary to comply with the directions terms and conditions of the Company and serve the Company to the best of Executive's abilitythis Agreement. Executive shall devote the time and attention required to the performance of Executive's entire working time, attention duties and energies responsibilities hereunder. Executive currently serves on the board of a company and performs consulting services for certain other companies. It is agreed by the parties that Executive may continue to provide such other services provided that such other services do not unreasonably interfere with the business and affairs performance of the Company, subject to vacations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policyExecutive's duties hereunder.

Until otherwise determined by the Chief Executive Officer or the Chief Operating Officer of the Company, subject Executive shall have the title and responsibilities, and shall report to vacations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policythe person, set forth on Schedule A hereto.

Subject to Section 5.1 hereof, Executive shall devote Executive's entire working time, attention his full business time and energies best efforts to the business and affairs of the Company, subject to vacations Company (except for vacation periods and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policyperiods of illness or other incapacity).
