Common use of Performance of Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Performance of Loan Documents. The Borrower shall (i) perform and observe in all material respects all the terms and provisions of the Loan Documents to which it is a party to be performed or observed by it, maintain such Loan Documents in full force and effect, and enforce such Loan Documents in accordance with their terms, and (ii) upon reasonable request of the Administrative Agent, make to any other party to such Loan Documents such demands and requests for information and reports or for action as the Borrower is entitled to make thereunder.
