Common use of Performance of Obligations of Parent and Merger Sub Clause in Contracts

Performance of Obligations of Parent and Merger Sub. Parent and Merger Sub shall have performed in all respects all covenants, agreements and obligations required to be performed by them under this Agreement prior to the Closing.

Performance of Obligations of Parent and Merger Sub. The covenants and agreements of Parent and Merger Sub to be performed on or before the Closing Date in accordance with this Agreement shall have been performed in all respects all covenants, agreements and obligations required to be performed by them under this Agreement prior to the Closingmaterial respects.
